Ready-made industry solutions

Pick your industry.
The system is already built.

A Gloud solution is not an empty builder but an assembled industry process: entities, statuses, documents and reminders that already work the way your trade does.

Industries

The mechanics are the same across industries — only the names change. Two solutions are fully assembled and open as live stands: manufacturing and water treatment.

Made-to-order manufacturing — open

Batch-tracked stock, bills of materials with routings, production orders, shop-floor logging from a phone, true cost and forecast-driven purchasing. A furniture workshop's stand, filled with data and asking for no signup.

Water treatment — open

The industry you can click through right now: cartridge replacement by interval, consumables stock, a technician bot in Telegram, work order and invoice. The stand is filled with data and asks for no signup.

Your industry is assembled the same way. Tell us what you service and we will look at your own process.

The fastest way to understand the mechanics

Open an assembled industry and click through it on live data. Two are open: made-to-order manufacturing and water treatment — in each, everything is already connected, from reference data to documents and money.

What every solution includes

Different industries use different names, but the work underneath is the same.

Customers and installed equipment

What is installed at the customer, when it went in, what has been done to it. The history that currently lives in a notebook or in someone's memory.

Recurring service

The system shows who is due and when — by interval, by last visit, by equipment type. And it creates the next service itself.

Visits and stock

Requests with addresses, the technician working from a phone, consumables written off when a visit is closed, balances and cost price.

Documents and money

Work order and invoice from the visit data, debts, payments, technician earnings and dashboards without assembling spreadsheets at night.

The mechanic that repeats in every industry

The names change — filter, air conditioner, boiler, generator. The order of steps does not.

Customer Equipment Next service date Request Technician Consumables Work order Payment Recurring service comes back on its own — no one has to remember it.

How a solution for your industry appears

  1. A conversation about your process

What you service, how often, who goes out, which documents you need. Half an hour of conversation instead of a twenty-page specification.

  2. We assemble it on the platform

Entities, statuses, reminders and documents — by configuration, without programming. That is why it takes weeks, not quarters.

  3. We migrate the data and launch

Customers, equipment and service history from your spreadsheets. From there the team works and the system reminds.

Frequently asked

My industry is not on the list — what then?

The list shows what we have already assembled, not the limit of what is possible. If you have customers, equipment installed at their sites and repeat visits — the mechanics are the same, only names and rules change. Tell us what you service.

How is this different from a general-purpose CRM?

A CRM tracks deals with customers. Here the main object is the equipment standing at the customer and its service: when it was changed, what went in, when the next time is. That is what the recurring revenue of a service business rests on.

How long does it take to assemble a solution?

It depends on how far your process differs from the ones already built. Since everything is done by configuring the platform rather than by development, we are talking weeks — and changes after launch do not cost a release either.
