Business systems without development

Your company's internal system.
Without development.

Customers and deals, equipment and service, stock, documents, money, tasks. Alongside them: automation, reports, a customer portal, bots and AI. One system, in your own isolated cloud.

What people run on it

The work that is usually scattered across spreadsheets, notebooks and three separate programs.

Customers and deals

A customer card with everything attached to it: contacts, history, documents, payments, debts. Requests and deals with their own statuses and owners.

Equipment and service

What is installed at or handed to the customer, when it was last serviced and when it is due again. Field visits with photos and materials used.

Stock and movement

Receipts, write-offs, balances and cost price. Consumables leave stock when a job is closed — no separate warehouse program, no manual reconciliation.

Documents and signatures

Contract, work order, invoice and delivery note built from record data — as PDF, numbered. Approval and signing inside the system, with an audit trail.

Money

Payments, debts, expenses, payroll and profit per line of business. You see not only what you charged, but what you actually earned.

Tasks and processes

Statuses with allowed transitions, deadlines, owners, reminders. The process runs itself instead of resting on someone's memory.

One database — and everything around it

You describe what you keep track of. The rest is not bought separately: it already stands next to it and works on the same data.

Your data entities, fields, relations Views and filters Reports and dashboards Documents and signing Rights and audit log Automation Chat and Telegram bots Portal and site API, GraphQL, MCP Every block works on the same records — nothing has to be reconciled between systems.

The things usually bought separately

Every item here is a separate product in most companies. And a separate invoice.

Reports and dashboards

Pivots, charts and metrics from your own records — no SQL, no export to Excel. Everyone sees their own slice.

A portal for your customers

The customer logs in and sees their requests, documents, payments and service history. No more «could you send me a statement» calls.

Chat and Telegram bots

The team talks where the data is. A bot takes a request, a photo or a closed visit straight in Telegram — under that person's own rights.

Site, blog and help centre

Public pages, a catalogue, articles and a help centre — from the same records, without a second content system.

AI helpers

Read a delivery note, extract data from an email, answer questions from your own base, ask for numbers in plain words.

API, GraphQL and MCP

Your data is available programmatically from day one — for integrations, exchange with accounting software, or an AI agent working under your rights.

Not from a blank page

How it starts

  1. You look at a live system

An open stand with the data of a fictional company: records, relations, dashboards, documents. No signup and no sales call.

  2. We describe your bookkeeping

What you track, who works with it, which statuses and documents you need. Then we migrate your data from spreadsheets or your previous program.

  3. The team works, the system keeps it

Row- and field-level rights for everyone, an audit log, reminders. Changes after launch do not cost a release — it is configuration, not development.

Where it lives and who owns it

The question worth asking before you move your bookkeeping into anything.

Your isolated cloud

A separate container and a separate database file per app. Not a shared table with someone else's rows in it.

Row- and field-level rights

A technician sees their own visits but not a colleague's pay. Every change leaves a trace in the log.

Or your own server entirely

The system runs on your machine and the tunnel provides the public address. We hold no business data at all.

You can take it away any time

One SQLite file per app and an open JSON export. Nothing to buy back.

Frequently asked

How is this different from a CRM or Notion?

A CRM tracks deals, Notion tracks notes. Here you describe your bookkeeping as it is — your entities, your statuses, your documents — and immediately get rights, an audit log, reports, a portal and automation on top of them.

Everything is in Excel — how do we move?

You bring what you have: spreadsheets, an export from the old program, even photos of the logbook. Migrating the data is our part of the work, not yours.

What if we need our own fields and processes?

That is not «custom development» but an ordinary action in the system. Types, fields, relations, statuses and documents are added without code — which is why changes after launch do not wait for a release.

What does it cost?

On request: it depends on how much data and how many people you have, and whose server it runs on. Look at the live stand first — terms are a conversation for after you know it fits.
