A ready-made solution for manufacturing

Orders, shop floor, stock, money.
One chain.

Gloud runs made-to-order manufacturing from the bill of materials to shipping: batch-tracked material issue, work-centre scheduling, shop-floor logging from a phone, true cost and payroll — with no spreadsheet reconciliation.

From order to shipping

The chain where true cost and stock balance currently go missing.

Order Bill of materials Materials from batches Work centres Production order Shop-floor logs Assembly Shipping and money Every batch remembers where it came from and where it went.

Six things that stop drifting apart

Each one currently lives in its own spreadsheet that somebody reconciles by hand.

Stock counts itself

Every movement recalculates the balance at product × warehouse × location × batch. Not a month-end report, but a number you can see now and filter by.

Batches trace both ways

Which board this front was cut from, and which order it went into. Expiry and FEFO are not a side table — they are the same unit of stock.

Bills of materials with routings

The BOM says what it is made of; the routing says on which machines and how long. A production order expands into operations automatically instead of being copied off a drawing.

The shop floor logs from a phone

A worker opens today's operations and logs what is done — the app works offline and syncs when the connection is back. No paper travellers, no laptop by the machine.

True cost adds itself up

Batch-priced materials plus piece-rate pay for operations give the cost of a product with no separate calculation. You can see what each order actually earned.

Purchasing from a forecast, not from memory

The system computes demand from confirmed orders and stock, and shows what will run out and when. A purchase request is born from the shortfall, not from a supplier's phone call.

Ready to work from day one

Not an empty constructor: 31 entities, four apps and a bot are already assembled.

Stock with batches, locations and counts

Receipts, issues, transfers, write-offs and stocktakes. Non-batch goods get a technical batch, so one set of balance rules covers the whole warehouse.

Shop floor: orders, work centres, logs

A production order runs a workflow from planned to done, occupies a work centre and collects completion logs — which give both actual-versus-standard and payroll.

Four apps for the phone

Storekeeper, shop floor, buyer and catalogue — a separate app per role, each working offline. Not a mobile version of the admin, but what the job actually needs.

Documents, dashboards and a public catalogue

Seven document templates, four dashboards, six pivots, a knowledge-base handbook and a customer-facing catalogue page — all from the same data.

How to start

  1. Look at a live system

The open stand is filled with a furniture workshop's data: 45 materials, 18 products with bills of materials, 220 production orders, 209 sales orders and eight months of money. Login demo / demo, no signup.

  2. Write to us about your production

In one email: what you make, how the shop is organised, what you use today. We assemble the solution around your process — that is our job, not yours.

  3. We migrate your references and stock

Materials, products, bills of materials, partners and current balances — from Excel or from your previous software. Then we fit routings, roles and documents to the way you work.

Frequently asked

We do not make furniture — does this fit?

Yes. The furniture workshop is a proving ground, not a limit: bills of materials, routings, batches and cost work the same way for any discrete manufacturing. What you make is configuration, not a different program.

What does it cost to change a routing or add an operation?

Nothing. Work centres, operations, time standards, statuses and fields are ordinary settings. That is the point of a platform: «we do it differently» does not cost a release.

Does the shop floor work without internet?

Yes. The shop-floor app keeps data on the phone, accepts logs offline and syncs them when the connection returns. In a workshop that is the norm, not an edge case.

Where is my data and can I take it with me?

In your isolated cloud — a separate container and a separate database file. Or on your own server. You can take it any time as a single file, plus an open JSON export.

Runs on the Gloud platform

The manufacturing solution is not a separate program but a configuration of the Gloud platform: entities, relations, rules, documents and apps. So «we have one more processing stage» or «we cost things differently» costs neither a release nor a developer.

Everything else comes with it: row- and field-level permissions, an audit log, reports and dashboards, barcodes and label printing, AI assistants, and running on your own server. See the Platform page for details.
