What does the cost depend on?
Three things: how much data and how many people you have, how much of the migration and setup we take on, and whose server it runs on. That is why we look at your case first and name a number second.
Can we look first?
Yes, and it is the shortest path. An open stand filled with the data of a fictional service company runs without signup and without talking to a salesperson.
What does AI cost?
You pay your provider for model tokens with your own key. The platform tracks usage and enforces a monthly cap so the bill is never a surprise. With local ollama tokens cost nothing.
What happens to our data if we part ways?
You take it: one SQLite file per app and an open JSON export. Nothing to buy back.
